Public transportation in the Seattle metropolitan area is operated by Sound Transit. The Link Light Rail express trams run to and from the airport every 12 to 15 minutes between 05:00 hours and 01:00 hours. For the other destinations, prices range from $ 2.50 to $ 3.25 per person for a single ticket. A tram ride from Seattle-Tacoma Airport to the stations in the city centre (Downtown Tunnel Stations: International District, Pioneer Square, University Street, Westlake) costs $ 3.00 per person.
